The Award Winning Basting Sauce
Country Blend is excellent on baked meats as well as grilled. Just baste the meat and sprinkle with Country Blend before putting it in the oven or on the grill! Country Blend also gives beef, pork, lamb and moose the perfect touch of flavor, that makes it so good, you don’t need to use any steak sauce! Country Blend is also great when added to your favorite bar-b-que sauce, pastas, soups and salads!

           

Award Winning Basting Sauce

1/2 c. Butter

1/3 c. Honey

2 T. Water

2 T. Lemon Juice

½ t. Tabasco Sauce

¾ c. Country Blend

 

Melt butter, honey and lemon juice, then add the rest of the ingredients.

Baste over meat and sprinkle with Country Blend (to your taste) as you are grilling.

Repeat the basting and sprinkling of  Country Blend.
